Interesting situation with this stock. Company wants to dilute shares by issuing 12-25% more stock. Price drops by 85%. Company hears the shareholders and settles for issuing only 1/2% more stock. Price drops more. 1/2% drop in share value = 90% drop in price. The Board should stand in a circle and slap the person to their right, all at the same time.

They are spending 7.1 million yuan (7.6 million hkd) to acquire controlling interest in a small ginseng company. The whole company is worth about $2 million usd and probably makes a few hundred thousand in sales per year. Not really a game changer for Bozza who has -$335 million hkd in equity and the entire value of the stock has a market cap around $1 billion hkd at the $1.41 share price. Still losing $20 million hkd per year. Not really good or bad news...
