Bit of a slow end to the week as I was preoccupied with a checkup turning into 3 days of appointments, ER trips, a potential myocardial infarction (thanks EHR selling "de-identified" health data to AI/ML companies 🙄), learning that my normal amount of nociplastic/radicular pain from a few hours of ADLs (so 8/10 or so) looks like most folks pain from an MI, and being honest by saying that if this is how much a heart attack hurts, I 100% could miss it being 32 - is a great way to fr...

I think I am up to some small amount like $5 in various coupons. I can't actually use them (per Moomoo's invocation of Section 22.5 of the customer agreement prohibits me from opening positions). I know it's a trivial amount,l: just feels nice to give back to the community to acknowledge how important the other users were to teaching me!

Got a bit tired of shorting constantly by the end of the week (unless there's a secret to shorting low volume stocks when upstream matching isn't happening for paper trade I missed ). So I decided to try another thing I'd never do with my actual portfolio and threw a third of it into Amazon pre-earnings. Gamble paid off this time. I did pretty well today in paper trading - but it all came down to when I opened the app for the day
It happened to be right when MIRA peaked today and the bulk of my returns (~$2000) came from catching that in time to short it
The rest of the day was largely spent undoing that by building up concentrated positions to gamble on earnings season.
