Class A Preferred Stock (MMTLP.US)$ im sure this question has been asked a million times but i cant seem to get a clear answer. i held shares of torchlight through the merger with meta materials and was told that i would be receiving a dividend for doing so but instead i  received these mmtlp shares that trade on the otc market??? is this my "dividend"??? Are we still getting a separate dividend for the land sale? what is going on? thanks in advance to anyone the can clear this up for me
