$Realty Income (O.US)$ This is probably a stupid question, but why is it going down so much even after a decent earnings report, and what does everyone think the bottom might be?
I'm not worried because I'm holding onto my shares long term and going to pick up more while it's on sale. I'm just curious to hear some opinions and explanations.

I've been looking at having a single reit in my portfolio, and I like ticker symbol "O"
My plan is to dollar cost average on all of my holdings and reinvest my dividens for compound growth and was curious if "O" would be the best choice?
I am new to REITs and looking forward to finally having a holding that pays a consistent dividend...
