just breathe, then jump in feet first. your head needs to be protected

I am new in this whole investing world, and I am hoping to make some good choices in what I eventually choose. I live on a fixed income and I am hoping to be able to do some good for myself and family, by putting my money where my mouth is... I may need a little guidance tho. lol
