Teach the children the value of money from young.   Let them know  wants and needs to equip them  for more sound financial decision.  Teach them the importance of savings and how to make the money grows.

when I buy high, I just hold on to it.   Before I sell it, it is still a paper loss.   Hope it will rise up to my cost or closer to it.

No technic.  Just follow few stocks, buy low sell high.  Read some news and comments.  Monitor the stocks, when the stocks drop to my low targeted price, buy in.   Of course, it does not work all the times,. the price always has a new low.  No choice. Hold on it.
