$Altimeter Growth Corp (AGC.US)$ Never going to touch this stock that is way overpriced to bailout Grab who is using investor’s $ to pay Uber.
Grab as a digital business if cannot make $ during Covid (when all other digital brands grew XXX%), it will never be profitable. All Grab does is copy other trailblazer brands like AliPay, Uber, Foodpanda & others. Even its so called ‘SuperApp’ goal is copying ANT & TenCent (however unlike the Chinese SuperApos which operated in 1 huge single PRC market; Grab’s SEA market is fragmented across 9 countries, difficult to scale). Worse, in Grab’s biggest market Indonesia, GoTo is the #1.
Better to invest my $ elsewhere, in companies that innovate & able to scale.
