Recently, as expected, the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 25 basis points, meeting market expectations. However, why is there a slowdown in rate cuts next year? First of all, let me clarify that I will not provide direct answers. For those who are willing to learn, I will provide hints. Please go find the answers and think independently. Interest rate cuts and hikes have different effects. Hikes mainly suppress inflation, while rate cuts mainly have three effects. What are these three effects, you can go do some research.
Why is the market reacting so strongly to Powell's slowdown in rate cuts? Because of concerns about inflation rebounding. Why? Due to Trump's tariff policies (here you can go ask "orthopedics" to learn how they are formed). If in the future inflation leads the Federal Reserve back to a rate hike path, what impact will this have on the stock market? I know this may be a bit challenging for those without financial knowledge, so I'll give the answer directly. In a situation where the U.S. economy is already in a soft landing, rather than a hard landing or face landing, combined with U.S. tech stocks, especially visible applications of AI starting up recently, as long as the rate of return on tech stocks grows higher than the Fed's rate hikes, tech stocks may show no fear of rate hikes and soar (but the premise is, as I already hinted in the narrative, remember to pay attention to the key points).
Let's briefly discuss the direction of the large cap. Based on observation and celestial calculations, the technology stocks representing Nasdaq have not met the satisfaction level of increase. Funds will need to be rotated in the future, while individual stock Indicators have been hovering near oversold levels for several days. If you think it's about to fail, I can only hope... $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ Indicators have been hovering near oversold levels for a few days. If you think it's about to fail, I can only hope...

Your heart 🫀 can't take it, right?
Regret not setting a stop loss at 33 in the beginning, right?
Without the courage, you can't earn this money.
$ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ ETF (SQQQ.US)$
Being able to endure and focus on not buying overpriced stocks, it is easy to say in hindsight but difficult to do.
Hello, I am Buffed, who has been shorting the long-term holding leveraged value and causing long-term losses to investors.

$S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$looks to be recovering with 6000 looking promising. Hopping for a colour change from the previous FOMC results which was likely a knee jerk experience on the market.
$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$took the lead with its climb recovering to 132 and more.
$Tesla (TSLA.US)$looks to be on its way back to 450. Needs a bit more push.
Today marks the day when I’ve closed some of my long Puts. Looking back, important to set strategies and stick to investment instea...

Bought a Call at 15.50 on 12/18, and later on $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ It has been falling to date…
Bought in several times occasionally to lower the average price, but the call option still ended up in a loss.
Luckily, with the downward trend, bought a few Puts these days and made money, finally made up for it
My idol Bao Jiejie always says: Go with the flow.
If I had another chance, I would stop loss in time.
The stock is still there, left some Puts overnight~
Good night everyone, I'm going to catch up on my sleep hard this weekend

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ Goodbye Moo friends, see you next New Year's Day.I hope you all can end the final week with a full pot of winnings. If you have any questions, feel free to leave a message on this post. I will reply one by one (of course, I will still reply before I leave).
In addition, I have set a limit order to Buy Tesla at 400 and 390. Hopefully, I can make the purchase. I'm not sure if this is correct, but buying valuable stocks in batches should be a good decision no matter what (personal hope).
Additional reminder, if you just want to bottom-fish intraday and then sell immediately, positions can be sold at 418-425 during the trading day. (If you are under great pressure)Do not try to buy at the lowest point or sell at the highest point within the day, always remember, it's good to make a profit.(But I still do not recommend it)
Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and good luck! $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ $Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ.US)$
