HDTHO OP GetMeABeerDude : Roblox lost 135 and 136 million USD in operating income and net income in 2021 Q1 alone. How is that not a big loss? I’m not saying it can’t become profitable someday. I’m saying this is too large a valuation for something that’s not profitable yet.
Besides, as someone who has played Roblox and other similar games, I think that making it a leading social interactive platform like analysts believe is simply not possible.

HDTHO OP execve : the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay illiquid. since everybody’s so hyped up about roblox, i don’t want to risk betting against the hype. if you had shorted nio in january when it was 50usd, you would have lost money, even though time has now proved it isn’t worth that. i expect people to wake up in a few months, and maybe when it falls then, i’ll short it.
