for the 5.8%/6.8% promo, moomoo CSR said I had to maintain an AUM for my fresh funds to get the promo coupon, meaning you cannot withdraw at all.
But in the FAQ point 9 it says you can, and would still be eligible for the return. they are trying their best to lock your money without issuing coupon. BE CAREFUL!

they advertise this as t+0, but usually only post it close to 7.30pm SGT, and somehow the withdrawal will be “processing” overnight. even though withdrawal bank account is whitelisted for egiro, thus 1 night of interest is being shortchanged.
the compeittor which rhymes with mecool has immediate withdrawals. dont recommend 👎
