Explaining stock trend trading using the principles of Chinese chess.
By applying the principles of Chinese chess to explain stock trend trading, we can better understand the strategy, layout, and execution of trend operations. The key ideas of chess will be combined with stock trend trading operations:
---
1. Determine the trends and prepare the layout first (trend judgment and preparation).
Principles of chess: The key to the opening is the layout, not rushing to attack, but to judge the timing and situation, and see the overall picture.
Used in trend trading:
1. Opening analysis: First observe whether the overall market trend (Large Cap, Sector) is in an upward state.
2. Strategy layout: Use the 200-day moving average or 60-day moving average to determine whether the stock is in a bullish trend (above the moving average is bullish).
3. Operation:
When the Large Cap is in good condition, select sectors and individual stocks, and wait for the appropriate entry signal.
The moving averages show a bullish arrangement (short-term moving averages above long-term moving averages), and stocks begin to build positions in batches when the price breaks out.
---
2. The coordination between the chariots, horses, and cannons is clear, with clear division of labor (batched opening positions and position management).
Chess Principles: Rook attacks, Knight is flexible, Cannon has long-range attacks, each with clear division of labor, collaborating in combat.
Applied in Trendline Trading:
1. Main fund (Rook): After confirming the trend, block orders gradually enter the market (core positions).
2. Liquidity (Horse): Respond to market pullbacks, seize opportunities for adding positions, and operate flexibly.
3. Long-range Observation (Cannon): Make judgments based on multi-period analysis (such as daily and weekly charts), ...

Secure profits by closing the current call option today, then open a new call option on Tesla with a longer expiration, higher strike price, and lower premium cost. Additionally, bought some underlying TESLA stock to strengthen position.

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$
Not bad for a quick swing in Tesla.
Wanted to add on the second breakout but decided to concentrate in another position.
Entered on my setup, NCTPP, a revised pattern of early entry like VCP.
I am looking to trim some profit off, and looking to enter some potential small cap names like $Applied Digital (APLD.US)$ , $Serve Robotics (SERV.US)$ and $IonQ Inc (IONQ.US)$ . These names are explosive and volatile at the same time!
Merry Christmas everyone!

Sigh, raining also become red?
Why always raining?
Got free water from the sky but why am I feeling sad?
Need to see the Sun.
