Friends, Mooers, Countrypersons,
Lend me your ears... Happiest of Chinese New Years... Guess I'll make this a rhyme as I've had a few beers. Hope you all have have plenty of reasons for cheers and no reason at all for any tears. This contest alone alleviates my fears, I have great hope the joy it brings is but the tip of the spear. Ok, enough rhyming for the creative portion of the contest. I just wish you all the best of skill... Lol I think you kno...

I was basically miseducated to start my investing adventure. Buying weekly calls on expiration Friday on a "pull back" and watch as my "$0.01 can go to $10.00" I was preeeeeetty much taught to gamble. It's been a hard habit to break and the most frustrating thing is now that I KNOW how to mitigate risk and get into trades at better entry points I still take too many risks no matter how much my thoughts scream at my fingers not to click on those YOLO trades. I have no regrets because hey, better to get all the bad trades out of the system early on... Right?

I'm grateful to have Moomoo right here, right now... Hoping for a windfall in one or more of it's awesome completions. Posting this to get some more lives in the pogo stick game which is probably the most fun and interesting competition yet. Also teaches timing and patience. Let's moo!
Tesla is my automatic pick for a continued bull run. Elon Musk may be filthy friggin rich but his countless hours of hard work and sheer genius are what got him to where he be at! lol... It was not all smooth sailing and collecting billions... I feel like if anyone out there deserves another share price rocket to the moon.... Well, ya'll know what I'm talkin bout!

$NEAR 211119 51.00C$ Can somebody please buy these off me? Lol... Last time I jump in to an option based solely on an app's rating. Great buy my butt... NEAR will never hit $51.16 Who else even buys these?
Stock picking is a process that has many moving parts but I've found the most success using recommendations from a certain group of "Fools" to do the fundamental heavy lifting for me then thru much trial and error both paper account and with real cash money I've found the technical indicators that give me a good entry point. Also selling puts at strike prices I don't mind paying at a future date far enough out to make the premium a nice discount is an alternative to technical signals. Collect n buy if in the money or collect and repeat until in the money then buy and sell covered calls to keep the cash coming in. I believe I'm describing the wheel technique. It's kind of a no brainer if you are able to maintain good discipline and risk management. That is probably the most repeated, beat the horse like it's a cat with 9 lives investment advice and for good reason. Discipline as in a solid entry and exit plan and the will power to stick to the plan and risk management such that said plan doesn't risk too much on any single investment. Companies with positive cash flow are attractive for a reason so having your own cash flow available is important as a retail investor as well. Just my opinion, hope you all gleaned something useful from this ol' salt dawg. Aloha!

Has anyone else noticed that if a company's ticker is easy to remember or something catchy, that it gets a lot of buzz? Is that that what is meant by "meme stock"? The ticker is meme worthy? I never understood the term but with IPOs it seems to work. BROS is a great ticker and all but hey Dutch Bros. makes great coffee too! It could be that great companies are just clever at ticker creation too. 😉
