Money now you have will be getting lower in future. Also we are getting older, we may lost our job due to our health and due to new technology and new skill. what you learn earlier may get replace or need to improve in future by life long learning.

It is risky to use leverage to invest. It will be badly indebt if the share is not moving or lost instead of gain. Also the share might be suspended for certain time. you might have to bear the charges that you have borrowed. The interest is not cheap.
