$Qualcomm (QCOM.US)$ was 8% high and ARM was 6% down - now as market opens QCOM went down and ARM is up. thats why never invest immediately after market opens. check the trade volumes during premarket price hike. stay away from FOMO. i believe in the company - but the stock is swinging- challenging item for short term traders.
