well the market operates off the the hopes, beliefs and expectations of the people. they believe in it to work and there for they put into it which makes it work. now if everyone was to panic and begin to pull out then of course it would crash, however if enough people stick to their guns than it would stand the test of time...it's all sh**s and giggles until some one giggles and sh**s.
