The whole issue was over 3x subscribed, receiving demand for $78m worth. Not bad for the first Futu Spore IPO offering!!

Co. has a US$18.5m unsecured loan from its shareholder, Ezion.
Ezion is undergoing liquidation and has informed Ausgroup its intention to sell its 13.3% stake in Ausgroup on 28 Jan. I presume Ausgroup will also have to find alternative borrowings to pay back the Ezion loan..what a mess.
