Commission card/coupon are prizes that can be won in events organized by Moomoo MY. You can use the commission card/coupon to get certain discount on commissions charged for trading certain securities products.
Cards are valid only for the period indicated on the card.
Cards must be activated within the indicated validity period.
Cards not activated within the indicated validity period will be deemed inactive and obsolete.
The card needs to be only activated once.
Cards can be activated concurrently, which means you can activate a new one even when you already have an active one. The commission cards can be used interchangeably during trades.
If the amount of a single/combined transaction commission discount exceeds the maximum limit for a commission card's discount, the discount amount for this order will be capped at the commission card's discounted limit. Any excess beyond this limit will not be considered for the commission card discount;
The limit discount amount of single-use of the commission card can be checked on the commission card details page;
The discount amount is subject to the final transaction result of the order.
Only one commission coupon may be used at for one trading.
A commission coupon is designed for one time use only, and cannot be re-sued.
If the commission coupon is not used successfully, the commission coupon will not be rendered useless and will still be available for use in the next order. If the commission coupon is not used successfully, it does not affect the orders that it was intended to be used with.
The discount amount is subject to the final transaction result of the order.
Only one commission card or one commission coupon can be used at a time and they cannot be stacked or split. You may not use a commission card and a commission coupon for the same transaction.
When the commission card is in effect, you can choose to use a commission coupon instead if you have any. The discount amount will then be based on the commission coupon's terms.
The discount amount that you are entitled to receive will be issued to your universal account within 1-3 trading days after the transaction has been completed. You can view the discount that you have received in "Accounts > Transfers > Funds Records".
