About Cash Transfer
The following are about account details.
Path: Accounts > Assets > Universal Account > Account Details > Crypto
Net assets can be shown in different currencies. We currently support USD, SGD, HKD, CNY and JPY.
Market value of cryptocurrencies, cash balance, and cash on hold are all total valuations after conversion to currency displayed based on exchange rates.
The sum of the market values of the cryptocurrencies in your account. For example, if you hold both BTC and ETH, then:
1) Market Value of BTC = BTC Price * Quantity Held
2) Market Value of ETH = ETH Price * Quantity Held
Therefore, Crypto Market Value = Market Value of BTC + Market Value of ETH.
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from a crypto account in the corresponding currency. Note: Cash from crypto account can only be withdrawn by transferring it to securities account.
Frozen funds include fees on hold for pending orders, transactions, cash transfers, etc.
