Step 1: Start the transfer process in the moomoo APP

1.1 Open the moomoo APP and click on "Accounts."

 

1.2 Go to the "Transfers" option and select "Transfer Stock In."

 

1.3 Choose "SG Market."

 

Step 2: Select your current brokerage & provide the following account details

2.1 Enter your CDP account number or the account number from your external broker.

 

2.2 Upload a recent account statement in PDF format that includes your address, full name, and share quantity.

 

 

Step 3: Choose Transfer Method and Complete Verification

  • CDP Account: 3.1 Electronically sign the transfer form and upload your ID for verification. 3.2 Confirm and submit your transfer request.

  • Account Consistency: You can only transfer stocks between brokerage accounts under the same name.

  • Processing Time: It usually takes 5 to 7 business days to process the transfer request. Once received, it may take an additional 1 to 2 business days for the stocks to appear in your Moomoo SG universal account.
