On February 28, Gelonghui reported that Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical (002422.SZ) announced that it recently received a notification from a shareholder holding more than 5%, Amara State-owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'Amara State-owned Assets Company'), which plans to increase its shareholding in the company within six months from the date of announcement through methods permitted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (the planned purchase price does not exceed 37.60 yuan/share).
