Pine Technology Expects Swing to Loss in Fiscal H1
PINE TECH (01079.HK) warns of losses: expects mid-term net loss of no less than approximately 6 million Hong Kong dollars.
Gelonghui reported on February 18 that PINE TECH (01079.HK) announced that the group expects to record an unaudited consolidated net loss of no less than approximately HKD 6,000,000 for the six months ending December 31, 2024, while the mid-2024 period recorded an unaudited consolidated net income of approximately HKD 51,800,000. This is mainly due to the one-time significant gain of approximately HKD 57,400,000 from the sale of subsidiaries recorded in the mid-2024 period, which will not occur in the mid-2025 period.
