According to the Frost & Sullivan report, in terms of revenue, we were the third-largest participant in the Singapore interior decoration market in 2018, and our achievements are obvious to all. Interior decoration services generally involve the process of turning the design of an interior space into a physical object. Our interior decoration services include Project management and construction management of interior decoration projects; Construction and installation of interior decoration projects; customizing, manufacturing and supplying coarse/fine woodwork and interior equipment; and Repair and maintain projects we undertake under specific circumstances. We have a long history of operation, have accumulated professional experience in the interior decoration industry, and have also provided interior decoration services in the private commercial field, and have accumulated rich achievements. During the track record period, our customers included owners or tenants of commercial and light industrial properties; building contractors; and Professional advisors. Therefore, we believe that we are experienced in providing interior decoration services for all kinds of private commercial projects (including office space, catering and retail space, guest rooms and hotel rooms). In the three years up to 2019, we mainly provided interior decoration services in the following ways: As the project and construction manager of an interior decoration project, responsible for (among others) the overall execution of the interior decoration project of the project, including planning, coordination, on-site inspection and supervision of the project from the beginning of the service until delivery of the completion certificate, and following up and correcting defects during the warranty period; Construction and installation of interior decoration projects, responsible for turning designs into physical objects; customizing, manufacturing and supplying coarse/fine woodwork and interior equipment; and Under certain circumstances, we will provide interior decoration engineering maintenance for the projects we undertake after the warranty period.
