BHCC Holding Unit to Form JV for Lease, Development of Land in Singapore
BHCC HOLDING (01552.HK) has established an SPC to undertake leasing and land development.
On January 24, Glonhui announced that BHCC HOLDING (01552.HK) has, on January 24, 2025, entered into a joint venture agreement with its partner, concerning the establishment of an SPC to undertake leasing and land development. According to the terms of the joint venture agreement, the SPC will act as the approved developer, replacing the previous partner who obtained the land through bidding, and will be responsible for the leasing and development of the land. Under the joint venture agreement, BHCC's maximum capital commitment is 20 million Singapore dollars, including the initial acquisition and/or subscription of SPC shares.
