Since it was founded in Hong Kong in 2001, the Intron Group has been committed to serving the automotive electronics industry in China. As a “technology enabler” in the industry, we help OEMs and component suppliers deliver industry-leading performance by providing value-added solutions for critical automotive electronic components. In the competitive automotive market, our “mass production” solutions enable customers to shorten product development cycles and improve cost efficiency. Currently, with increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and increasing consumer demand for intelligent vehicle features, local OEMs are in urgent need of solutions that meet international standards. That's why Intron entered the market. We saw Intron become the partner of choice for local OEMs and component suppliers, and jointly seize the huge growth potential of the Chinese automotive industry. Intron Technology has a strong and constantly growing professional R&D team. With years of R&D and maintenance experience, Intron has built a comprehensive portfolio of product solutions covering the three main categories of automotive electronic components (for body control, safety and powertrain), as well as the three core products — battery management systems (“BMS”), vehicle control units (“VCUs”), and motor control units (“MCUs”) — which are critical for new energy vehicles. Relying on R&D centers established in the early years and continuous investment and output accumulated over many years, Intron is leading the technological development of today's automotive electronics industry. The company will continue to invest in research and development, with a focus on new energy vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems (“ADAS”) solutions, while striving to seize the latest industry trends and accelerate the development of modular solutions for various applications to expand market coverage and further enhance our core competitiveness. Together with its long-term strategic partners among the world's leading providers of components, embedded software, and tool chains, Intron Technology has formed a “win-win” ecosystem that creates value for the automotive electronics industry. For a customer base built over the past decade, Intron has established strong partnerships with industry-leading OEMs, which procure solutions directly from us or through their component suppliers. In 2017, eight of China's top ten new energy passenger car brands were our customers. With a strategically located business presence, we are close to our customers, which allows us to provide timely and quality service. Currently, our business network covers 14 major cities in China, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changchun, Chongqing, Wuhan, Xi'an, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Changsha, Xiamen and Chengdu.
