The Group's history can be traced back to 2001, when the founder, Mr. Xu, founded our main operating subsidiary, Senko Products, which focused on the design business after it was incorporated. In 2005, Mr. Xu created our theme character, B. Duck, and started a retail business for consumer goods featuring B. Duck. Since 2011, we have been developing character licensing business by authorizing Hong Kong licensees to use B.Duck characters for consumer products and promotional projects. Over the years, we've expanded our character licensing business to China and other countries. Leveraging our strength in character products and promoting authorized services, in 2015, we expanded our sales of products featuring the characters of the B.Duck family through third-party e-commerce platforms to meet the endless online needs of our customers. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we are the second largest domestic actor intellectual property company in China, and in terms of role licensing revenue in 2020, we ranked fifth among all Chinese actor intellectual property companies, with a market share of about 2.4%. We pioneered and established style guidelines to license the B. Duck family roles and brands to licensees and provide them with product design and application services, so that they can use our characters in a variety of products, including household goods, clothing, accessories, and personal care products for infants and young children.
