We are a construction materials contractor, mainly engaged in providing construction materials and related installation services in Hong Kong and Macau. Our products mainly include (i) interior wall spacing materials, particularly gypsum brick products; (ii) wood flooring products; (iii) fiberglass concrete products; (iv) roof tiles; and (v) wood products. Our history dates back to 1980, when the Group's predecessor company, Juntai, started its business. With our experience and expertise, we expanded our business to Macau in 2015. During the performance recording period, our products were applied to project sites located in Hong Kong and Macau. In addition to providing construction materials, we also hire subcontractors to carry out related installation services according to customer requirements. During the recording period, we provided construction materials and related installation services to customers through two major operating subsidiaries (namely Juntai Hong Kong and Juntai Macau). We have participated in various types of private and public sector projects, including residential development projects, commercial development projects, institutional and government projects. Our private sector projects mainly include projects commissioned by property developers, private property owners and contractors, while our public sector projects mainly include projects commissioned by government departments and statutory bodies. During the performance recording period, we completed 32 projects, each with a total contract amount exceeding HK$5.0 million, of which approximately HK$413.2 million was confirmed during the performance recording period. On the last practical date and up to the last practical date, we have 31 projects under construction (ongoing or uninitiated), each with a total contract value exceeding HK$5.0 million. Details about our projects are set out in the “Business — Our Projects” section of this document. For the three years ended March 31, 2017, our revenues were approximately HK$235.4 million, HK$216.9 million and HK$202.3 million respectively. According to industry reports, the Group accounted for about 15.6% and 61.7% of the Hong Kong construction wood flooring and gypsum brick supply industries in 2016, respectively.
