The company was listed on the GEM board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2011 and recently changed its name to Bailida Group Holdings Limited to better represent its diversified business. The Group's main business is (i) wine trading; (ii) food production, sales and distribution; (iii) securities investment; and (iv) debt lending. The Group's wine trading business aims to take advantage of the steady growth of Hong Kong's wine industry. The wine trade business is a great opportunity to develop our own distribution and wholesale channels, which helps to diversify the Group's business. The Group's main brand, Bailida wine, comes mainly from various famous vineyards and wineries in Australia, with premium red wine as the main product. Another major source of revenue for the Group is the production, sale and distribution of foodstuffs, such as yakitori and Taiwanese rice dishes, to large local supermarket chains in Hong Kong. The business has been in operation since 2006.
