About PALINDA GROUP Company
The company was listed on the GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2011, and recently changed its name to Pallida Group Holdings Limited to better represent its diversified business. The Group's main business is (i) wine trading; (ii) food production, sales and distribution; (iii) securities investment; and (iv) money lending business. The Group's wine trading business aims to capitalize on the steady growth of the Hong Kong wine industry. The wine trading business is an opportunity to develop our own distribution and wholesale channels, which helps diversify the Group's business. The Group's main brand, Pallida wine, mainly comes from various famous vineyards and wineries in Australia, and uses high-quality red wine as the main product. Another major source of revenue for the Group is the production, sale and distribution of foodstuffs, such as grilled meat and taiyaki, to large local supermarket chains in Hong Kong. The business has been in operation since 2006.
