On February 16, 2015, Huitao Group was successfully listed on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, laying a reputation for the Group. Since Huitao's first sales magazine “Famous Station” and the first free magazine “Famous Station Guanlou Station Life Station Free Edition” were published in April 2009, Huitao Chidao has now owned six magazines, and has multiple sales outlets covering different locations in Hong Kong and more than 1,000 distribution points, including gas stations, foot bath shops, hair salons, coffee shops, etc. In addition, the Group has established a broad customer base of over 100 customers, covering a wide range of industries, including car sales agents, beauty brand owners, real estate agents, jewelry, professional companies, pet stores, etc. In just a few years, Huitao Group has grown to the scale it is today. This is all the result of the unremitting efforts of the management and all employees of Huitao Group. In 2014, benefiting from new gift points added by new business partners, the business performance of this collection increased steadily. At the same time, the free magazine “Taxi Line/Shopping Line Free Edition” published in mid-2013 successfully attracted different readership groups, which was also one of the factors driving the number of customers and circulation of this collection. In August 2015, the Group established a wholly-owned subsidiary, High Media Co., Ltd. (“High Media”). High Media is a professional outdoor media advertising company. The media involved include: taxi body advertising, minibus body advertising, ice cream truck advertising, roof/exterior wall advertising, outdoor light box advertising, LED screen advertising, etc., with comprehensive business projects and a wide range of coverage. Its business scope includes development/investment, management, operation, promotion and sales of outdoor advertising, maintenance, after-sales service and outdoor advertising agency services. Outdoor media is a monopoly on multi-dimensional space. Its inclusiveness and plasticity are favored by more and more advertisers. Outdoor advertising is an emotional medium that can quickly communicate with the audience. It has significant advantages such as high coverage, strong visual impact, colorful expressions, and a long publication period. Its expression is direct and simple, and can effectively convey information and expand influence. The Group believes that High Media can enrich the Group's business projects, attract more advertising business opportunities, further expand the Group's business scope, and better grasp business opportunities in the media industry. In September 2015, the Group completed the acquisition of 20% equity interest in Strategy Wang Media Holdings Limited (“Strategy King”). Strategy King's main business is publishing in Hong Kong and selling a Chinese-language financial and investment weekly, mainly through convenience stores and newsstands - Hong Kong Stock Strategy King. The magazine covers finance, wealth management, property investment, lifestyle, etc. Hong Kong Stock Strategy Wang Publishing Co., Ltd. also engages in online advertising, investor relations services and event management. After consideration, the Group can further seize advertising business opportunities by cross-selling advertising positions for more types of magazines.
