The Group is a long-established printing service provider, mainly providing commercial printing and financial printing services in Hong Kong. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, in terms of revenue for the year ended March 31, 2017, the Group ranked second among commercial printing service providers in Hong Kong (excluding publishing and printing services such as textbooks). Since the Group commenced business in April 1980, the Group has a history of over 37 years in the Hong Kong commercial printing industry. The Group's commercial printing service clients include reputable banks, insurance companies, corporate clients and their advertising agencies and fund companies in Hong Kong. In 1995, taking advantage of the Group's strength and reputation in the printing industry, the Group expanded its business to provide financial printing services to Hong Kong listed companies and listing applicants. The Group's printing business is broadly divided into the following three categories: (i) Commercial printing — The Group prints promotional and advertising documents such as brochures and leaflets relating to commercial customers such as banks, insurance companies, corporate clients and their advertising agencies and fund companies in Hong Kong. The scope of the Group's commercial printing services includes cover, layout and art design, layout, printing, stapling, mail processing and/or direct mailing of documents. In addition to printing promotional and advertising documents, certain customers may require the Group to print confidential personal data, such as compliance documents from banks and insurance companies to their account holders or policy holders and retail store vouchers printed with coupon numbers and bar codes for identification and anti-counterfeiting purposes. The Group also prints textbooks and related published textbooks for pre-school, primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong for Hong Kong book publishers. (ii) Financial printing — The Group prints initial public offering articles and application forms for listing applicant clients, and prints financial reports (such as interim reports and annual reports) and other compliance documents (such as announcements and circulars) for clients of listed companies. The scope of the Group's financial printing services includes providing cover, layout and art design, layout, translation, uploading of documents to the Stock Exchange website, printing and/or distribution services for listing applicants listed on the Stock Exchange and companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The Group also recorded a small amount of revenue from the financial printing segment on the annual reports of unlisted companies/unlisted applicants and public institutions. (iii) Other - The Group also provides independent specific design and art and/or translation services provided by corporate clients on a case-by-case basis (unrelated to listing matters). The Group's printing business is supported by an internal printing plant located at 8 Agong Ngam Tsuen Road, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong (with a useful area of about 52,860.7 square feet, and an annual production capacity of about 79,700,000 sheets of offset printing for the year ending March 31, 2017) and the Group's internal translation team in Hong Kong, enabling the Group to maintain timely and rapid printing and translation services for the Group's commercial and financial printing clients. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, compared with other market participants, the printing equipment established by the Group in Hong Kong is one of the Group's competitive advantages.
