We mainly (i) design, develop, manufacture and sell beauty products; and (ii) design, develop and sell cosmetic bags. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, we ranked fifth in the Chinese beauty product manufacturing market in 2016 in terms of revenue (the total market share of the five major Chinese companies in 2016 was about 4%). In the past two years recorded in 2015 and 2016, most of our revenue came from overseas customers such as the US, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Sri Lanka and Fiji. The director believes that with the successful operation of our beauty product manufacturing business in China for about 14 years, we have become a well-known beauty product manufacturer. Our beauty products (including cosmetics, toiletries and fragrances) are manufactured in the form of OEM or ODM. We usually sell beauty products to overseas retailers and brand owners. Our OEM business is to manufacture and sell products according to customer specifications and guidelines. The ODM business relies on the capabilities of our design and R&D team, and through design in line with current market trends, customers can enjoy our “one-stop service” in designing, developing and producing high-quality customized products. As far as the design, development and sale of cosmetic bags is concerned, we provide customers with solutions for market research and analysis, design and development, and production management. We maintain these business lines to supplement the main line of beauty product manufacturing business while providing customers with diverse products and services. We also sell beauty products and cosmetic bags under our own brands “Pink Viva”, “Secret Lace” and “Gorgeous Girl Forever” to one of our five major customers (a world-renowned supermarket chain group originating in the US).
