We are one of the top wine sellers in Hong Kong. Our business mainly involves the wholesale and retail sale of a range of wine products and other alcoholic beverages in Hong Kong, with a focus on top quality red wines. According to the Ipsos report, in terms of revenue in 2015, we ranked fourth among all wine sellers in Hong Kong, accounting for about 7.0% of the total market share of the Hong Kong wine industry. We have a broad product portfolio that includes (i) wine products such as premium red wines, selected red and white wines; (ii) other alcoholic beverages such as champagne, whiskey, and sake; and (iii) wine accessory products (such as decanters, wine glasses and bottle openers) for customers to select. We are particularly proud of our diverse range of wine products, which include wine products that have long been famous and sought after in Hong Kong. On October 31, 2016, our wine product portfolio covered about 62 winemaking years, with products originating in more than 10 countries (including Australia, Chile, France, Italy and the United States). Among our wine products, top quality red wines are the largest product category we sell. Our top red wine collection includes selected wines from first-class estates in Bordeaux, namely Cha teau Lafite Rothschild (Cha teau Lafite Rothschild), Cha teau Margaux (Cha teau Margaux) and Che a Teaumouton Rothschild (Cha a teau Margaux) and several fine wines from premium Burgundy estates, namely Domaine La Romanée Conti, Domaine Henri Layer and Domaine Leroy. For the years ending March 31, 2016 and the seven months ending October 31, 2016, the sales volume of top quality red wines accounted for about 76.9%, 80.3% and 76.3% of our total revenue, respectively. To complement our wine product portfolio, we also offer a number of wine-related services to our customers, including wine consultancy services, wine procurement services, wine delivery services and wine storage services. Through years of doing business in the wine industry, we have established strong relationships with a wide range of wine suppliers, including famous wine merchants in Hong Kong and wine merchants in major wine regions around the world who are famous distributors, and also include (among others) wine merchants in Hong Kong, wine collectors and high-net-worth individuals. We classify (i) sales to wine merchants and other customers whose business operations involve reselling our products as wholesale and (ii) sales to companies and individual customers that purchase our products for their own use or collection as retail. For the years ending March 31, 2016, and for the seven months ending October 31, 2016, we generated revenue of approximately HK$157.5 million, HK$181.3 million and HK$99.4 million respectively from wholesale, while self-retail generated revenue of approximately HK$47.5 million, HK$63.3 million and HK$65.2 million respectively. Our professional sales team consists of seven wine consultants, who have an average of four years of experience in the Hong Kong wine industry. One of the wine advisors holds WSET Level 3 (Advanced Certificate in Wines and Spirits), while the remaining six wine advisors hold WSET Level 2 (Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits). From time to time, we host wine pairing dinners and wine tastings with top wineries or vineyards and wineries to deepen our relationships with our customers and strengthen their loyalty. We also participate in many wine exhibitions and fairs, such as the Hong Kong International Wine Show, the Hong Kong Wine Show and the Hong Kong Wine Show, to obtain the latest market information, promote our brand image and popularity, and explore new business opportunities. On the last practical date, we operate (i) a self-operated warehouse in Hong Kong to store all of our wine products and other alcoholic beverages; (ii) a retail store as the main means of attracting new customers and a marketing tool to increase our market awareness; and (iii) an office property with a showroom as our headquarters to carry out wholesale and retail sales, oversee our overall business operations, handle all our administrative matters and present our products to customers. For the years ended March 31, 2016, and for the seven months ended October 31, 2016, our total revenue was HK$205.0 million, HK$244.6 million and HK$164.7 million respectively, while our gross profit was HK$27.4 million, HK$33.2 million and HK$20.4 million respectively.
