Beirot <3452> announced on the 4th that it has completed the acquisition of shares and the completion and handover of the new condominium project "LUXCAS Isahaya" in Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture, in cooperation with Kansai Electric Power Real Estate Development and Nishimatsu Construction <1820>. This project is a 10-story reinforced concrete building located just a 4-minute walk from JR "Isahaya" Station, completed in February 2025. The site area is 4,008.58 square meters, with a total floor area of building 01 being 4,516.
