On the 27th, Polaris Holdings <3010> announced that the effectiveness date of the stock exchange making Minacia a subsidiary has come, completing the management integration, along with changes in the management structure and organizational restructuring within the company. Kazuyoshi Shimojima, the President of Minacia, will serve as Vice President and Director of the company, while Mitsuhiro Matsuzaki, the Vice President of Minacia, will become a Director of the company. Ryosuke Miyamori, who was an advisor to the company, will be appointed as the Director and Head of the Management Headquarters for both the company and Minacia. A new hotel business headquarters will be established in the company.
