Principally, it is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of coal properties located in Canada. Its projects include the Flatbed Project and the Huguenot Project located within the Peace River Coalfield of British Columbia. The company is also pursuing the acquisition of Watson Island, located just outside of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, for the purpose of developing a seaport terminal and supporting an industrial park.
