Goldman Sachs: Downgraded JIUMAOJIU rating to 'Neutral' and lowered the Target Price to 3.2 Hong Kong dollars.
Goldman Sachs released a research report stating that the investment rating of JIUMAOJIU (09922) has been downgraded to "Neutral." The company will still face a high base in the first half of 2025, which means same-store sales may continue to decline in the short term. As a result, the profit forecast for 2024 to 2026 has been reduced by 36% to 45%, and the Target Price has been lowered from 4 HKD to 3.2 HKD. The report pointed out that the latest data shows that JIUMAOJIU's operating situation continued to deteriorate in the fourth quarter of last year, with same-store sales of its "Tai Er" and "JIUMAOJIU" brands recording a decline. Although management is focused on strengthening product supply and reducing costs, weak demand and industry consolidation risks are believed.
