SilverCrest Metals shares rose by over 12% to 14.14 Canadian dollars ($10.43) after the company agreed to be acquired by Coeur Mining in a $1.7 billion deal. Once the transaction is complete, SilverCrest shareholders will own about 37% of the combined company, and Coeur shareholders will hold the other 63%.

Long term serious buy for this week ! Will buy $SilverCrest Metals (SILV.US)$  and $SkyWater Technology (SKYT.US)$ & add more of $CRISPR Therapeutics (CRSP.US)$ and $Opera (OPRA.US)$ ^^
