How long does it take to process my stock transfer request?

For HK stocks, once the transfer process at the outside broker is complete, it takes us 1-2 business days to deposit the stocks into your account. For US stocks, it usually takes a long time which is around 3-15 business days for us to process your transfer request as we need to confirm your information with the outside broker. Please note that the above time is for your reference only. The actual processing time may vary depending on when your request is processed by both brokers.
