Moomoo Client Advisory Board Terms and Conditions - October 2023 to January 2024

These terms and conditions shall apply to the AU Moomoo Client Advisory Board ('Moomoo CAB') organized by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd trading as Moomoo AU. The Client Advisory Board Offer, the 'offer', is valid from 23 October, 2023 at 18:00 to 31 January, 2024 at 23:59 (AEDT), the 'promotion period'.

Eligibility

The offer opens to existing moomoo users who have registered between 26 October, 2022 at 23:00 AET and 30 September 2023 at 24:00 AET, and are over the age of 18.

How it works

Complete any of the following actions within the promotion period to receive the corresponding benefits, the 'benefits':

1.Complete a user survey with moomoo and get 5,000 moomoo points.

Complete a user survey with moomoo, and receive 5,000 moomoo points redeemable for merchandise and prizes at the moomoo rewards club. You can find your points in your app, under 'Me' > 'Redeem Points' > 'Points Details'. Your moomoo points will be allocated to your moomoo trading account within 30 business days.

2.AUD$100 Stock Cash Coupon

Participate by completing the user story section in the survey. The Moomoo AU team will carefully select the 15 most exceptional stories from all submissions. The top-ranking story contributors will each be awarded one AUD$100 stock cash coupon*. The stock cash coupon will be credited to the winner's Moomoo trading account within 30 business days.

3.Referral Bonus

Eligible CAB members who have been invited into our private Telegram or WeChat group can receive AUD $50 cash coupon* on top of the current referral program* by referring a friend, the 'referee', to open a moomoo trading account with moomoo and complete an initial deposit of any amount by using your unique referral link or referral code.

Other Terms & Conditions

Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits . It believes that the client has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the offer conditions. In such cases, Moomoo's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Moomoo AU also reserves the right to reclaim the rewards acquired via inappropriate means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities.

Moomoo AU reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the terms of all promotion and stock cash coupons) within the scope of relevant laws.

Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability for any financial or non-financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.

These Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
