These terms and conditions shall apply to the '' Rate,share&win campaign (the 'campaign') organised by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. The campaign is valid on 11 September, 2024 from 18:00 to 31 October, 2024 at 23:59 (AEST), the 'Campaign Period'.

Terms & Conditions

• This Campaign is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. (herein after referred to as "Moomoo AU"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission(ASIC).
• Reviews or feedback must be given between 11 September, 2024 from 18:00 to 31 October, 2024 at 23:59 (AEST) ("Campaign Period").
• Each account holder can only redeem once for per review site (Moo community,Google Review, Trust Pilot, Product Review). If a review screenshot is not provided, no redemption will be granted.
• Screenshots must be of the website's review section and clearly show your review in its entirety. Screenshots that include multiple comments, only the review writing interface, the backend, or just a confirmation message of submission will not be accepted.
• The Flight Centre gift card will be awarded to:
  • The top three users submit valid reviews on all three sites at the same time (the submission time recorded by the first platform for the valid review will prevail). Separate submissions will not be considered (The timing of your comments can vary; just upload screenshots of comments from all three sites at the same time when you reply to the post); and
  • The authors of three high-quality replies posted under this post, chosen by Moomoo AU at its sole and absolute discretion.
• If the Moomoo team finds that comments have been deleted or modified during the review period (7 working days commenced from the Campaign Period), no rewards will be issued.
• Once your review is approved by us, points will be automatically credited to your account within 7 working days after the campaign ends, and gift cards will be sent via email within 7 working days after the campaign's conclusion.
• Comments must meet our standards; Moomoo reserves the right to determine eligibility for rewards.
• Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits it it believes that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the offer conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• Moomoo AU also reserves the right to reclaim the rewards acquired via inappropriate means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• The use of Flight Centre gift card is subject to the terms and conditions established by Flight Centre on its website. For more information, please refer to https://www.flightcentre.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions. These Gift Cards are non-refundable. For other enquiries, please contact Flight Centre directly. In case of any dispute related to the use and handling of the gift card, Flight Centre reserves the right of final decision and Moomoo AU shall not be liable for any dispute.
