      How to update the account information for an existing moomoo entity account

      1. Modify moomoo app login details (registered mobile phone/email)

        Here is how to modify your moomoo app login details in the app:

        1)Go to Me tab

        2)Click Settings

        3)Click Account and Security

        4)Select the info and follow the instructions to modify

       

      2. If you need to amend your entity account information (including contact details you previously provided in your account application form for receiving account statements and other essential account information, e,g., full names and contact details):

        1)APP > Me > Customer Service > Online Inquiry

        2) Use the email address provided during account opening to send the information you need to change to support@au.moomoo.com

      • Subject: Request to change account information - MMID123456789

      • The main content of your email must at least include the following information:

            a) Moomoo ID:

            b) Account Name:

            c) Change of account information (all columns are mandatory):

        Supporting documents

        Principal place of business

        3)Processing your request

      Generally, the standard processing time for updating account information is within seven(7) business days unless further evidentiary documents are requested. You will be notified by email once the update is completed.
