1. Your full name and account number (moomoo ID).
2. Screenshots indicating the incorrect information in the tax form.
3. Supporting documentation showing the correct information, such as screenshots of your transaction history and account statements.
Once receiving your email, we will assist you in correcting the tax forms. Please allow 48-72 hours for a reply from our support team.
