According to Euromonitor's report, we are one of the leading chain restaurant operators. Based on the estimated total revenue of the Southeast Asia full-service restaurant chain segment, our market share was 9.0%, and for the year ending December 31, 2015, we had the largest number of full-service restaurant stores in Southeast Asia in Hong Kong. At the last practical date, we operated 22 Vietnamese brand restaurants in Hong Kong, of which 4 were located on Hong Kong Island, 5 in Kowloon, and the rest in the New Territories. During the track record period, we operated restaurants under the Vietnamese brand, that is, the main brand, Viet Nam, and sub-brands including Yuexiang and Yueyue. The first restaurant we operated dates back to 2003, when Mr. Wong and Ms. Wong opened our first Vietnamese restaurant in Wan Chai, Hong Kong through Jiading Co., Ltd. At the time, the economy fell into a slump due to a severe acute respiratory syndrome infectious disease in Hong Kong. Mr. Wong thought this was the right time to open a restaurant targeting the mass market. Following the success of our first Vietnamese restaurant, Mr. Wong and his then-business partner decided to expand to other regions. Mr. Wong is visionary in starting Vietnamese casual dining chain restaurants in different parts of Hong Kong. We then opened our first restaurant in the New Territories in 2003, then opened our first restaurant in Kowloon in 2004. Since then, we have gradually expanded our Vietnamese casual restaurant chain to other parts of Hong Kong. On the last practical date, we opened restaurants in 14 of the 18 districts of Hong Kong, including the Southern, Eastern and Wan Chai districts of Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong, Sham Shui Wai, Wong Tai Sin and Yau Tsim Wong districts of Kowloon, and the outlying islands of Sai Kung, Shatin, Tai Po, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long in the New Territories. As our business grew, we set up a food processing center in 2009 to support restaurant operations. Based on its current production capacity, our food processing center can support up to 30 restaurants. Our food processing center plays an important role in restaurant operations because more than 60% of the ingredients used in our restaurant are supplied by the food processing center, which includes semi-processed ingredients such as pre-cut meat, marinated meat, and basic sauces.
