Jianpeng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Jianpeng”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jianpeng Holdings Co., Ltd. Since its establishment in Macau in 2006, the Group has provided customers with a wide range of construction services and accumulated rich experience, particularly providing private and public institutions with: (i) Construction and ancillary services (ii) Emergency repair services. Jianpeng was registered as a construction company with the Land Works and Transport Bureau in 2007. Our construction and supporting services mainly include ground-related projects, landscape architecture, renovation and addition, road engineering, plumbing engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and other ancillary construction projects. In the past period, we mainly undertook construction and supporting projects related to hotels, casinos, resorts, public facilities and equipment, and other industrial development. Our emergency repair services generally refer to the repair services we provide to the water and electricity supply infrastructure on a fixed-term contract basis during a fixed contract period. We have rich experience and ability in various fields of construction services; we have a variety of machinery, experienced and dedicated management teams to carry out construction projects. The company is committed to strict quality, environmental protection and safety management. Jianpeng has obtained ISO 9001:2008 (currently ISO 9001:2015), ISO 14001:2004 (currently ISO 14001:2015) and OHSAS 18001:2007 international standard certifications since 2011, 2015 and 2015, respectively. Jianpeng was awarded the “Best Safety Management System Merit Award” in the 4th Construction Industry Safety Award Program organized by the Labour Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government in 2014; and the “Best Safety Management System and Special Projects Merit Award” in the 5th Construction Industry Safety Award Program organized by the Labor Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government in 2016.
