We have been providing property management services in China for over 28 years. According to statistics from the China Index Research Institute (“China Index Institute”), we have been a leading growth enterprise for many years in a row for property management service companies in China. Furthermore, according to the China Index's Top 100 Property Service Companies, our ranking rose from 34th place in 2010 to 11th place in 2024. We provide a wide range of property management services and value-added services to property developers and tenants of the projects we manage. We have also developed the New Orange Club App, a one-stop information service platform. Our residents and customers can enjoy our services through their mobile devices. With our excellent service and increased market popularity, we have established a quality and customer-oriented property management brand. Our business model For the six months ended June 30, 2024 (the “reporting period”), our revenue mainly came from two business lines: property management services and value-added services. Our value-added services include two business categories: community value-added services and developer value-added services. Property management services We provide residents and tenants with a wide range of property management services, including property and equipment maintenance, security services, cleaning services, gardening services, maintenance of public areas and other property management related services. We manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential and non-residential properties, from offices, mixed-use complexes, factories to parks and technological industrial parks. The majority of our revenue during the reporting period came from the provision of property management services. Value-added services Our value-added services include two types of services: community value-added services and developer value-added services. Community value-added services: We provide value-added services to residents and customers, including public resource management services, community engineering services, extensive decoration services, asset management services, catering services, facility and equipment management, and various other home life services. Value-added services for developers: We provide developers with related services during the property development process. We mainly provide four types of services related to property developers, namely case sales assistance services, consulting services, home inspection services, and smart park services.
