In 2013, we signed a joint venture agreement with the famous Japanese textile company Kurashiki Spinning Co., Ltd., and established a joint venture called Kurashiki Cowboys International Co., Ltd. The joint venture will establish a strategic alliance between us and Kurashiki Spinning.
