Established in 1995, we are a mature logistics service provider in Singapore, providing customers with truck transportation, freight forwarding and value-added transportation services. Trucking services refer to the hauling of goods (mainly containers) between the port and/or the customer's designated pick-up and/or delivery location. Freight forwarding services are a one-stop solution where we organize shipments for our clients to enable them to deliver their goods from the source to the final point of distribution. Value-added transportation services refer to open storage services, packing and unloading services, and trucking services for goods (mainly containers) between logistics depots and customer designated pick-up and/or delivery locations. According to the Zhihui report, in terms of revenue, we accounted for about 0.49% to 0.50% of the market share of the entire truck transportation, freight forwarding and general warehousing segment of the Singapore logistics industry in 2019. We have established a reputation as an integrated logistics solutions provider and are equipped with a fleet of vehicles, three logistics depots, and an experienced management team. As of the last practical date, we had 144 employees, 52 of whom supported the transportation (drivers) of our fleet. The fleet included 56 prime movers, 500 trailers and three flatbed trucks. The machines included two frontal cranes and two forklifts, which were self-owned or funded through installment payments. Depending on our capabilities and to make our services more flexible and cost-effective, we hire subcontractors to handle certain trucking services.
