The history of Fujing China dates back to December 2006, when Mr. Zhang Yonggang (“Mr. Zhang”), the controlling shareholder of the Group, founded our main operating subsidiary, Fujing Agriculture. When Fujing Agriculture was founded, we used traditional methods to grow vegetables. Mr. Zhang discovered that traditional agricultural methods were inadequate, particularly in terms of food safety, production standardization, preservation, and brand building. As he cultivated and accumulated deep knowledge in the industry, Mr. Zhang eventually developed the idea of growing vegetable products in separate pots to solve the shortcomings of traditional agriculture. Since the second half of 2012, the Group has developed its own potted vegetable agricultural products, which have become the Group's main products. Since 2016, the Group began large-scale production of potted vegetable agricultural products, with an annual production capacity of over 1 million pots. As of the last practical date, the Group has 140 greenhouses and 3 planting bases for growing potted vegetables and agricultural products. The Group mainly sells potted vegetable agricultural products through a network of distributors in China, which it resells to more than 1,000 customers in different cities in Shandong, Liaoning and Shaanxi provinces in China. Most of the customers are hotels and restaurants. The Group promotes and sells its products under the “Fujing Agriculture” brand, which covers 29 varieties of potted vegetables and agricultural products, including garland, rapeseed, bitter chrysanthemum, rapeseed, cabbage and lettuce as the Group's main products.
