Yida China Holdings Limited (the “Company”), together with its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Group”), was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It is the largest business park developer and leading business park operator in China. Its main business involves the operation of business parks, the sale of supporting residential buildings, office buildings and independent residences in the business park, and the provision of construction, decoration and landscaping services. The Company was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on June 27, 2014. At the beginning of its establishment, the Group was based on Dalian's local advantages, caters to international development trends, and enjoyed the dividends of a unique business model. Since 1998, it has grasped the global industrial transfer opportunities of the service outsourcing and IT outsourcing industry, innovated a development model integrating industry and city through the implementation of “government assistance to the private sector”, internationalization, and “industry-university-research” integration strategies, and built and operated the Dalian Software Park to a high standard. Thus, it became a pioneer in the development and operation of service outsourcing business parks in China, and strengthened the future direction of development. Using the successful experience of operating the Dalian Software Park, and fully integrating internal and external resources, we have further developed and operated multiple software parks and science parks such as Dalian Ascendi Software Park, Tianjin Binhai Service Outsourcing Industrial Park, Suzhou Hi-Tech Software Park, Wuhan Optics Valley Software Park, Dalian Tiandi, Dalian Ecological Science and Technology Innovation City, Wuhan Software New City, and Yida Information Software Park, etc., to achieve the initial strategic goal of “going to the whole country, model exploration, and diversified cooperation”. Over the past 20 years, we have served nearly 70 of the world's top 500 companies, accumulated deep customer resources and operational experience, and opened up a blue ocean of business development with high entry threshold, high customer stickiness, closed loop throughout the industry, and resistant to economic cycles. After listing, the Group clearly proposed the development vision of becoming “China's leading business park operator”, implemented a national development strategy of “light, belt and priority”, adopted the “integration of industry and city” development model, consolidated Dalian, deeply cultivated Wuhan, and comprehensively expanded Tier 1 and 2 key cities and economically active regions. It has received strategic investment from Zhongmin Jiaye, the controlling shareholder of the company, to seize development opportunities in the new era on a higher platform.
