On December 23, Gelonghui reported that Rising Nonferrous Metals Share (600259.SH) announced plans to optimize the company's management structure and resource allocation, improve operation efficiency, reduce management costs, and implement the company's "streamlining strategy." The wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Provincial Fuyuan Rare Earth Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fuyuan Company") plans to absorb and merge with its wholly-owned subsidiary Dapu County Xinchengji Industrial and Trade Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dapu Company"). Upon completion of this merger, Dapu Company's independent legal status will be canceled, and all its assets, claims, debts, employees, and all rights and obligations will be inherited by Fuyuan Company.
